I was disappointed with sound system there... thought the fans made a very irritating noise throughout the concert.. When TMK sir sang very softly, the mikes range was not good enough to reproduce that loudly enough.. However, the quality of singing was unsurpassed... The sankarabharanam RTP was inspiring.. Although a new approach I thought he brought out the mood of raga very well and explored the raga in depth too.. Nerval in all the songs he did it in was excellent.. back in bombay now on work and cant help envy people in chennai.. lucky as you are ;-)!!!
