Do you like it?
Do any of you like the shirt that is supposed to match the silk saree being classified as ‘Jodi Pattu’ by Kumaran Stores? Those of you who missed out seeing the large hoardings in the city, check it out here. I don’t like the saree as well as the shirt. ![]()

Saree - no comments, beyond my area of expertise!
Shirt - I never thought shirts could be like this. Looks bad indeed!

I donno why u didn’t like the saree. To me its very good. Much diff than the conventional color for a silk. Then the man’s one wud fit perfect, when the girl he accompanies wears this particular (or any of this kind) saree. I guess this is called the “Traditional Party Wear”.
Gonna be the next “in” thing.

Girish,

Ranjhith,
I don’t like that saree colour.
Hope you accompany your girl wearing this shirt
Sreekrishnan,
Yes thaanga mudiyala!
Sangs,
Even I am partial to blue usually. But, I don’t like this particular shade. This one is not a perfect blue.

I guess you dont like “flowers & petals” in men’s attire.
> you accompany your girl wearing this shirt
For this, I need to 1st find a girl whos wearing that saree; apart frm the model herself, as shes already being accompanied.

Ranjhith,
Maybe yes.
Well, you can find a girl and ask her to wear this saree

Sami,
Yes!
When I saw the ads, I was wondering if any guy would like to wear this shirt. Now, I have got the answer.

Hey,maybe it also matters who is inside the shirt..er..i mean, who is wearing the shirt.Surely,it would’ve appealed more if it had been kamal or maybe maddy donning that attire..
Aparna on 03 Aug 2007 at 1:30 pm #
Sangs,
I am not so sure about that.

Only today did i see another hoarding of this ‘Jodi Pattu’ and was thinking to myself that nobody in their right senses would buy that thing….especially that shirt!!!!!….I wouldn’t go near that shop just because he sells that stuff :p
Aparna on 04 Aug 2007 at 8:49 pm #
Gayathri,
I am happy to know that there is atleast one shop which you won’t go to

I liked the saree, but not the designer shirt…:) I mean, if I told my husband to wear this matching shirt, he would freak!
hehe!
