Help please!
Is there anyway in which a deleted spam comment can be recovered? I accidentally deleted a comment that was not spam but was marked spam.

i guess there is a way to recover deleted web pages through a google trash software but no idea whether the comments can be recovered

Akismet rarely lets spam get past it! So I don’t agree with you on that. It was my mistake that I deleted the comment

Hmmm. I don’t think the deleted comment can be recovered. I mailed the Akismet Support team and the reply I got was ‘No comments are deleted really’ or something like that! Don’t know what it means!

the akismet works on the number of links a comment has..
if someguy gives more than the allowed no. of comments the akismet takes the comment as spam…

Yes I know about that. And the comment I deleted had some two links to photos of ‘Roja’ shooting spot in Ooty
