If the previous concert had me sitting far away from the stage in the balcony, for this one, I was sitting right on the stage since there was place nowhere else. From where I was sitting, I could see only the hands of T M Krishna! I saw him wearing some 4 rings or so. I was wondering about that when I later came to know from the Tamil magazine, ‘Kalki’ that he had recently sung in front of Sai Baba and Baba had given him two rings.

In contrast to the previous concert, I absolutely enjoyed this one since there were no disturbances whatsoever. The fast paced swarams at Sadyojatadi in Nada tanumanisam, the beautiful Ananda Bhairavi swarams, Sevikka Vendumaiyya (incidentally TMK sang it at the same venue last season on request by someone in the audience), the Mohanam, the Tani Avartanam that had Mannargudi Easwaran and Purushottaman playing equally well, Behag, Krishnam Kalayasakhi - Excellent!! I very badly wanted the concert to go on for some more time!
